FOX FACTORY CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Warranty Coverage and Warranty Coverage Period

The Fox Factory, Inc. (“FOX”) limited warranty covers FOX modifications and alterations that FOX makes to the products approved conversion items for three (3) years or the first thirty-six thousand (36,000) miles, whichever occurs first. The rear DANA axle assembly is covered for a period of five (5) years or the first sixty thousand (60,000) miles, whichever occurs first. This limited warranty covers substantial defects in materials and workmanship attributable to FOX that are used by FOX in the assembly process and are not covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty, including wheels, custom paint, aftermarket engine component, and/or FOX proprietary tuning, and suspension lift/lowering systems. “Defect” means the failure to conform to the design, manufacturing specifications, and tolerances of FOX.

The warranty period begins on the date that the vehicle is purchased, as entered on the Warranty Registration Form. This limited warranty applies to the first retail owner, only. It is not transferable.

Fox Factory does not recommend modifying or racing Fox Factory vehicles, as they are designed and built to be driven as delivered from the factory. The warranty information discusses vehicle usage and the installation of aftermarket parts and their effect on warranty coverage.

These modifications may not necessarily protect your engine from damage in competition conditions. Subjecting your vehicle to competition conditions even with these modifications may render repairs non-reimbursable under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

Fox Factory has engineered your Chevy Silverado – Fox Factory Edition for off-road use beyond what is normal for a Chevy Silverado. However, it can incur damage if driven beyond its capabilities. Skid plates, shock guards and running boards were designed to help limit damage to vital components and exterior finishes, but cannot prevent all damage if driven in extreme off-road conditions. Damage to skid plates, shock guards, running boards and exterior finishes as well as bent, cracked or broken body, frame and chassis components may not be covered by warranty.

Vehicle damage caused by driving through deep water at excessive speeds may not be covered under warranty.

To avoid voiding your warranty, your vehicle must be maintained according to the service and maintenance schedule provided in the Fox Factory Owner’s Manual, which alters the service and maintenance schedule from a stock Chevy Silverado.

Please see the warranty information in your Fox Factory Owner’s Manual for complete information.
